Food is so central to our social lives and our celebrations, we sometimes forget that foremost it is meant to nourish our bodies. I love cooking and try to make the healthiest food that still taste absolutely delicious.

“Knowledge gives humility”

Books are such an important way to understand yourself and to understand the world a bit more. I love while I’m reading seeing the same threads of humanity woven throughout every type of story. Books can open up infinite universes, and at the same time they never stop making you feel more connected.

This is a lesson I am constantly on the path to learning. There is an emphasis on actions, letting go of attachments, and personal growth. It is about enjoying the “now”, and not the bounties of the future.
